The magnitude of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the number of cases across the country represents a significant health and economic threat to businesses and Canadians everywhere. It has caused the World Health Organization to take an important step in declaring COVID-19 a pandemic. This sounded a global alarm and, like so many other businesses, has had an unprecedented impact on our spas. We are uncertain how long this impact will last and are hopeful business levels will return to normal quickly.

However, in the meantime, we must heed the advice of Canada’s Chief Public Health Officer and take strong action to help slow the spread of the virus. Although we have taken every precaution possible to protect our team and guests to date, we must take further appropriate measures. Effective midnight March 18th, we will be closing all Vida Spa locations. Circumstances around this pandemic are changing by the hour. With this in mind, we will review our approach daily and provide updates to you when appropriate.

Our team is grateful for those who continued to support us during this very unfortunate time, and we look forward to the day we re-open and bring much needed mind and body balance back to our fans. Take this opportunity to spend time with friends and family, rest and enjoy simple pleasures. Catch up on projects you have been meaning to do, read the book that you have been meaning to read, or take the online course you have been meaning to take. We will get through this very tough time together, and we look forward to the future success of Vida.
