The Westin Bayshore

I recently visited Vida Spa, Westin Bayshore location and had an amazing time. From the time I walked into the spa I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff. The change room was well equipped with everything needed and more! Very clean, calm & relaxing environment. There was a lounge that you can relax in prior to and post treatment that was very calming, it also had a variety of snacks and Vida Spa’s signature tea that was nothing but delicious! I had a hydrating facial that left my skin feeling phenomenal. Overall my experience was amazing, anyone looking for some pampering and time to unwind Vida Spa is the way to go!

It was cold and the Westin pool was outdoors, a [regular] customer walked in after me and called down the hall for the receptionist. And here starts my relaxation adventure. Being that I work in many stressful situations the start of my experience was still more relaxing than most. I parked three blocks away in the west end 2hour parking, I do not pay for parking. And had a lovely drizzly walk. Strolling down the hall to the women’s change room there was a nice shower and sauna for personal comfort during your visit. But the special touch was they had a vanity station with hair products and hair straightener. My RMT was amazing. She had the perfect touch for what my muscles needed and she had a great sense of humor in the understanding that for newbs this experienced can be a little nerve bending. She was able to relax my mind as well as my muscles and I came out feeling the most relaxed I have ever had in my life. I will definitely go back and see the same RMT again.

Spent the morning at Vida Spa and had the best time. I had a wonderful 60 minute therapeutic massage and they were great at accommodating our group. Access to the outdoor pool at the Westin Bayshore is another huge bonus vs. other similar spas.
